Meat clean from the films and cut into large chunks.
Take our spices.
Mix them in a platter (berries puree them), a large proportion should be black pepper and a mixture of peppers, the rest smaller. Smell incredible!
Each piece of meat dry with a cloth, add salt on both sides and coat in the spices, pressing firmly. Put on a plate and leave on time (just in time to peel and put to boil potatoes for mashed potatoes).
Pour oil in a deep pan, heat.
Spread the meat, fry for 10 minutes, turn over (meat Browns), fry for another 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, allow to stand for 10 minutes, and you can taste!
