The branny bread with canned tomatoes
A month ago I experimentally tried to bake bread with canned tomatoes, which we have enough, and the result hit the spot. Already baked several times. I want to share with You, maybe You'll like it.

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    250 ml

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    2 cup

  • Bran

    1 cup

  • Coriander

    0.333 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

Cooking

Ingredients required for making dough. Canned tomatoes or tomatoes in their own juice and RUB through a sieve.

In the pureed canned tomatoes, add cumin, dried Basil and coriander.

Stir and put in microwave at a power of 800W for a minute and a half.

Cover and leave to infuse until cool.

In the received a warm infusion, dissolve the yeast.

Add the sugar and stir.

The resulting mixture is poured into a container which will be used for kneading dough. Add soy sauce "Kikkoman" light (with less salt).

Add the sunflower oil. Mix well.

Pour the wheat-trubnoy a mixture of whole wheat and rye bran.

Knead the dough. Cover and leave in a warm place to rise.

Finely chop the green onions.

When the dough came, add green onions and press down.

Formed into a loaf, place on a greased baking sheet and bake in preheated oven until tender.

Here's a toasted bread turned out. Sprinkle with water and cover with a towel. The usefulness of bread increases, if you let it sit for 8 hours.
