Ingredients for the pie.
In a bowl, sift together the flour, ground cinnamon and baking powder, add sugar and stir.
With a whisk or mixer whisk the eggs and milk (I first start to whisk, but then entrusted it to the mixer, so the mass became more elaborate and increased in volume).
The liquid part of the test pour into the dry part (sugar, flour, cinnamon, baking powder) and stir quickly. Add the melted butter and again carefully mix the dough.
The broad shape (I used a diameter of 26-27 inches, expanding to the top) spread butter and sprinkle flour. Pour into it the dough and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. A time specified in the recipe, but my oven needed more time, somewhere around 45 minutes, so it is better to check the readiness with a toothpick.
Ready cake remove from oven, allow to cool, remove from the mold and cut into pieces.
Chocolate melt in a water bath. Fresh cream beat with a mixer until cool peaks and combine with the melted chocolate.
Cover each piece of chocolate cream glaze. Let it thicken and serve, if desired, sprinkle with cinnamon.
