Cooking
Here are our mushrooms.
Oyster mushrooms wash, chop and stew in its own juice 15 minutes.
Mince or grind in a blender with soaked in milk bread. Add salt, fried onion, egg, garlic, salt, spices and mayonnaise. Knead the minced meat.
To form patties, roll in breadcrumbs and fry. Bon appetit!
