Cooking
Ribs wash, cut into portions pieces and fry on the grill.
Onion, chop coarsely, carrots grate on a coarse grater, fry in pot in vegetable oil.
Add washed mushrooms (small – intact, large – cut in half). All properly fry.
Put the smoked ribs,broken grenades (or pour in juice), parsley (not cut, then it was possible to remove it), season with salt and pepper.
Leave to simmer for about an hour.
Potatoes cleaned, cut into 2-4 pieces, weld.
On a large platter to put the cooked potato and top the ribs with onion, carrot and mushrooms.
