this is decided by the new cook the rice according to the same method as preparing the buckwheat... get tastes very good, and most importantly, the rice is burnt and turned crumbly))))

  • Onion

measure out 2 cups of rice.

a good wash it in rushlake and soak in water for 10 minutes.

then cut the carrot.

chop the onion.

fry in a pan until Golden brown.

in a pan melt the butter and add the washed rice and mix well so that each grain was in the oil, fry 1 minute.

then add rice, fried carrots and onions,stir everything.

throw seasonings and pour boiling water,water that would be on your finger cover the rice,cover,the cover is not open!!!! within 30-40min. turn off the heat,give the rice to infuse.
