Cooking
Start with the dough.. sift the Flour and add a pinch of salt..
Then add 1 tbsp. spoon of sunflower oil.
Then add water and mix everything.
It is necessary to knead well the dough with your hands.
Then grease the dough with the remaining vegetable oil and wrap in plastic wrap (I do it over, I wrapped in the package). And put in a warm place for 50-60 minutes.
Then sprinkle surface where you will roll out dough with flour, put the dough.. And you are ready to roll.
Thinly, thinly roll out the dough..
Prepare the filling. Apples cut into... frying Pan heated and put 1 teaspoon butter small... Then put the apples on a heated pan and fry for a minute, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and fry for another 1 minute..
Then add a spoonful of honey to the apples and fry 2 to 4 minutes; the apples are ready..
Arrange the apples on the dough..
Spread the nuts on apples.
Then melt the butter.. And start to wrap the strudel: how wrapped 1 layer, sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar and a little water with butter, smearing it..
And so each new inversion.
Arrange the strudel on a pre-greased baking sheet. And pour lubricating oil and sprinkled with sugar.. And put in oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200-230*C (you might be different, I have an old oven)
And the strudel is ready.
Spread on a plate, alternating the cream with the cranberry sauce.. And put the strudel... Very tasty..
