Risotto with spinach, mushrooms and almonds. Cooks in 15 minutes in the microwave. What else do you need when time is short and hungry?

Rice cover with water, add bouillon cube, put in Mikrowelle for 7 minutes on the largest capacity (I have a 800 W). After 3 minutes take out, stir, put back manually for 4 minutes.

While the rice cooks, fry the onion with mushrooms. Season with salt to taste. To the rice (7 minutes) add the mushrooms, onion and spinach, stir, pour wine, put another 5 minutes in microville.
