Serve as a cold snack on sandwiches, fully cooled to ready bacon... and hot, just cooked with a side dish of vegetables or cereals watering side dish flavorful the resulting broth!

Ingredients

  • Brisket

    800 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    3 piece

  • Rosemary

    3 sprig

  • Soy sauce

    150 ml

Rinse brisket, Pat dry;

Pour all the soy sauce, tightly seal the top with foil (cover) and simmer at 210-220 degrees for 1.5 hours;
