Description
My family loves this dish. I usually cook it in the oven on the baking sheet, but today found a baking dish and cooked it. Just super! potatoes soft, with tender meat and Apple flavor. Decide for yourself what to cook. On the sheet it gets more roasted, and the baking dish steamed :)
Ingredients

Garlic
7 tooth
Cooking
Chicken salt, pepper, fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil :-)
Folding layers (I'm in a baking dish, on a baking sheet)
The next layer is onions+carrots
Now for the sauce. Mayonnaise mixed with sour cream and pepper optional (I just love spicy). Pour the meat (pour only half the sauce)
The next layer - potatoes (cut into pieces, sprinkle with salt+pepper)
Again, bow
And the apples pieces :-) If the girl will cook, then pour the broth (water), somewhere 500 ml
Now in a sauce that we have added cheese and garlic, stir. Fill the apples :)
That's all! In the preheated oven send our girl :) the cooking Time depends on the oven. I bet on 1.20. That's the potatoes turned out :)
Spread on plates, decorate with greens.
