Lemon yogurt cupcake
Baking this cupcake is a feature - bake it for 25 minutes and then turn off the oven and leave to cool. During this time, the cupcake dobecause until tender, but remains less dense than normal. The recipe is good for every day.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Flour

    190 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    110 g

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.17 tsp

Cooking

Melt the margarine, add the sugar and olive oil.

Add the eggs. Mix well.

Add the flour, salt, soda.

Add the yogurt, zest and stir well until a homogeneous mass.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Massa put in a greased form and bake the lemon-yogurt cake in 25 minutes. Then the oven off and left the cake to cool.
