In warm water stir salt and sugar. Portions add flour, yeast, knead. Then poured on the hands vegetable oil and knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands, if necessary, add a little flour. The dough should not be tight. Sprinkle the dough with flour, cover with towel and put to rise in a warm place (before increasing in volume, about three times).

When the dough is ready, punch down and put it in a greased ghee or vegetable oil in the form. That it took 1/3 of the form. Cover with a towel. Leave for another hour.
