Cooking
In warm water stir salt and sugar. Portions add flour, yeast, knead. Sprinkle the dough with flour, cover with towel and put to rise in a warm place (before increasing in volume, about three times).
When the dough is ready, punch down and put it in a greased ghee or vegetable oil in the form. That it took 1/3 of the form. Cover with a towel. Leave for another hour. I came to the conclusion that the pans and shape it is better to smear ghee small, because after the plant forms a pellicle, which is badly washed.
Here it is we got there and we put it in a preheated 200 gr oven. I had two small forms. One I put 2/3 of the dough and the other 1/3 part. So less baked 40 min., and more 50 min.
Remove bread from the oven, cover with a towel, allow it to cool slightly and then spread of the forms on the grate and let it cool down completely. Hot bread harmful to eat.
So much bread I got (800 grams of the finished product).
The bread is not sour and no taste of yeast.
