Cooking
Bacon cut into strips, sprinkle with spices and salt. A piece of beef; remove the membranes and sew strips of fat with a needle.
Stitch the meat across the grain.
For marinade, combine vegetable oil, 100 g of white wine, spices. A piece of beef to bind tightly and leave to marinate.
Coarsely chop the carrots and onions, brisket. Fry the bacon, put the bacon, then the onions and carrots.
