Liver in cream sauce
A tasty combination of liver with vegetables and cream; the recipe comes from a magazine (alas, can't remember the name).

Ingredients

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Cream

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Beef liver

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    50 g

Cooking

Liver, boiled, cut into small cubes.

Potatoes and carrots cut into cubes.

Place the vegetables on the liver. Salt.

Onions - half-rings and the top of the vegetables.

In butter fry flour.

Add flour to cream and mix well, add salt. The recipe had more sugar, but I didn't put.

Pour the sauce over everything in mold, cover with grated cheese and into the oven for 30 min.
