Beef
The beef, marinated in a cherry liqueur... with slices of lemon, some garlic and onion, and, of course, fresh herbs, salt and pepper, and to garnish roast meat together with potatoes... delicious, delicate and unusual dish... the Dish is worthy of a holiday table!

Ingredients

    800 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Liqueur

  • Water

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Potatoes

    500 g

Meat cut into portion pieces, repel, salt and pepper. Lemon cut into thin slices. Onion – half rings. Garlic - a thin plastinkami. Greens – grind them. All put into a large saucepan.

Pour the Frangelico and water. You can add more salt and pepper. Close the lid and put in cooler with six hours.

In a baking pan put a layer of coarsely chopped potatoes.

Now the pieces of meat.

The rest of the marinade along with onion, garlic, herbs.. from lemons simply squeeze marinade. you can sprinkle some cheese on top (but I didn't want to interrupt the taste, so I cooked without Sirocco). Cover form foil.

Sent in a preheated 200C oven for 2 hours, then turn off the oven and leave the meat there to steam until the oven has cooled.

Finished beef with potatoes spread on a plate, decorate with fresh herbs and vegetables... and pleasant your appetite! :)
