Description
I really liked the uniqueness of these fritters as they are cooked from buckwheat with herbs, cheese and tomato juice. Spicy and flavorful - good for any side dish, or as a separate dish. Recipe excerpted from the French magazine ELLE and slightly altered to my taste.

Cooking
Take the buckwheat company Mistral and wash.
Buckwheat prikalivaet on a hot skillet.
Pour tomato juice and add finely chopped herbs (I have a leek, parsley and garlic) in the original recipe - herbes de Provence. Cover, cook on low heat, and buckwheat comes to preparedness.
Flour, eggs, mayonnaise, sugar, grated cheese, baking powder and boiled buckwheat with herbs whisk well until smooth. Add mineral water if the mass was very cool.
Bake pancakes in the usual way with olive oil, I added sliced leeks on each pancake.
Pancakes are very beautiful
