Bavarian steamed dumplings
I present to You wonderful dumplings! Buns are very gentle, as it is cooked on the stove in covered pot. Fried crust, no, not one crumb , but the bottom-delicate creamy caramel. Delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Milk

    375 ml

  • Sugar

    10 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

100 gr. flour will proseem and make a hole. In warm milk (125 ml) dissolve 2 tbsp sugar and dry yeast. Make the leaven.Cover and let her go about 20 minutes.

The yeast will mix with the remaining ingredients butter ,eggs,sugar ,flour and salt and thoroughly knead a soft dough. Make dough dumplings,put them in a warm place to go until they increase in volume by half.

In a wide low saucepan, melt the butter ,add sugar and slightly caramelize it.

Hem into the caramel milk.Dumplings lay on the bottom of the pan close to each other,cover with a damp towel,which skip under the hood and pull a rope to the lid was closed as tightly as possible. On moderate heat for 30 minutes up the dumplings,and the pot should not be opened.
