Pies puff pastry with feta cheese and olives
After another holiday left in the fridge, feta cheese and olives, and then, like magic, came across a book with recipes for various appetizers and salads, I bought a long time ago, but never used. And it just recipe pies with feta and olives, hastened to make the result I was very pleased! Fragrant and delicious cakes suited for tea, and with white wine it is incredibly delicious. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Feta

    200 g

  • Green olives

    3 Tbsp

  • Black olives

    3 Tbsp

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Oregano

  • Sesame

1. Olives cut into thin rings. Cheese rubs into a paste. The dough defrosts.

2.The dough is cut into equal squares. I got 15 PCs.

3. Place the dough green olives.

4. Then spread cheese and lightly spread it over the surface. Sprinkle oregano. The original is even recommended to put sprigs of lemon thyme, but I have not found. Oregano has done for two :)

5. Over the cheese put black olives.

6. The test squares folded diagonally, fasten the edges with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

7. Put in preheated oven - 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown. Here they are browned out.
