Cooking
Wash the pumpkin thoroughly.
Stepping back a little from the stalk to cut teeth lap. Remove the top and use a tablespoon to remove the seeds and pulp, leaving the walls of the pumpkin layer about 2 cm.
Boil the rice until soft. Drain the water, the rice, transfer to a bowl. Add the raisins.
Chicken cut into small pieces and fry on low heat. Onion finely chop and add to the chicken. Fry.
In a prepared pumpkin put layers first the rice, then chicken pieces. Pour the oil from the pan in which we fried the chicken.
Close cut top, securing it with toothpicks.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt the remaining butter and spread it over the pumpkin. Place in oven and bake for about 2 hours.
