Cranberry-mango cobbler
Another recipe from my favorite "Culinary treasures"... Very tasty dough, and lots and lots of sweet and sour toppings... it All blends wonderfully together with creamy ice cream!

Ingredients

  • Mango

    2 piece

  • Cranberry

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

  • Leavening agent

    2.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Butter

    6 Tbsp

  • Cream

    180 ml

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Ice cream

Mango peeled, flesh cut into small cubes. Mix mango, cranberries, 1.5 cups sugar, 3 tbsp flour, cinnamon. Cover the stuffing with foil, leave until cooked dough.

Mix the flour, sugar, nutmeg and baking powder. Finely chopped into the flour mixture the butter. Add cream and knead the dough until it will not freely separate from the sides of the dish.

Put the stuffing in one large form or 8 small molds. Roll the dough out to a thickness of about 1.3 cm Place the dough on top of the filling. Grease with milk and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until Golden brown obrazovania.

Serve warm or cold with ice cream or whipped cream. Bon appetit!!!
