Mom's cherry pie
This cake I baked my mom when I came to visit her, and we have ripe cherries...

Ingredients

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Sugar

    140 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cherry

  • Salt

So fresh cherries wash and remove seeds.

To prepare the bulk. To do this, beat the butter and sugar.

Add 1 tablespoon of flour and continue to beat.

Separately beat 4 eggs.

Connect the eggs with it, mix well.

Add 100 gr. flour, again to mix.

Add baking powder, salt, 100 gr. flour and vanilla sugar.

On the dough spread cherries and put the pie in the oven (I baked 30 minutes at 180 degrees)

The finished cake to cool and if desired sprinkle with powdered sugar
