Ingredients

  • Blueberries

    500 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    80 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Oat flakes

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Yogurt

    75 g

Blueberries (I did not pre-thawed), mix with lemon juice, lemon zest. Add 1.5 tbsp of sugar and 1 tbsp flour. Mix and put into a form in which you prepare.

Flour mixed with baking powder, add 1.5 tbsp of sugar and milled oat flakes (I used a coffee grinder). Add the oil at room temperature and grind everything into crumbs. Then add the yogurt.

Knead the dough. When mixing I needed another tablespoon of flour but tell her I did not, as the flour is all different, you may not need. Leave the dough for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.

Dough forming balls a little less than a walnut, lay them on the blueberries. Sent in a preheated 180* the oven for 35 minutes.
