Biscuits with rosemary and dried strawberries
Christmas cookies, with the scent of rosemary, lemon and sour strawberry. Perfect for a festive table, with a Cup of coffee or tea. And gifts for your favorite friends and relatives!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    90 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Rosemary

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Strawberry

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    30 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

Cooking

Softened butter to mix with sugar with a spatula, for 2 minutes.

With sprigs of rosemary to cut the leaves and chop them not very finely.

In the sifted flour add rosemary and sliced strawberries.

To the oil mass add the egg, mix well. Then add the flour with the rosemary and strawberries.

Knead the dough, shape it into a ball, put in a bag and put into the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

For breading: mix the cane sugar and lemon zest.

Wrap in clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for 4-8 hours. The longer the dough will be in the fridge, the better it will cut.

Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment at a small distance from each other. Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool and serve. Bon appetit!!!
