Zucchini potato breading
A simple summer dish of zucchini in a crispy potato breading.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

    20 g

  • Zucchini

    3 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Take the zucchini and we peel them with a peeler.

Zucchini cut in half lengthwise, then each half in half yet, and once again cut.

Potatoes RUB on a coarse grater, to squeeze the liquid, salt, pepper, add the breadcrumbs, dill.

Pour into a bowl the flour in the other and break the eggs.

Take the sliced zucchini, dip in flour, then in egg, then coat in potato breading. Potato sticks is bad, so help with your hands. Put squash sticks on a greased baking sheet or nonstick Mat. The first batch I put on oiled paper and I have all stuck, avoid my mistake.

Bake in the oven until Golden brown at 200 -220 degrees.
