Beans, baked with cheese sauce
Easy delicious summer dish, with the cheese sauce and very satisfying. "Mom, how did you make the cheese sticks?" asked the daughter, with appetite after eating your dinner. And cook very easily!

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    600 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

Beans boiled in salted water (2 liters of water I add approx 1 tbsp of salt). If the beans are fresh, clean and cut the stems.

Prepare the sauce. Cheese RUB on a grater.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add flour, mustard and mix well until smooth. Gradually, in small portions pour in milk, stirring constantly.

Add cheese, mix well, salt and pepper. The sauce is very flavorful tender and thick.

Pour green beans with sauce, bake at 220 degrees about 20 minutes.
