A wonderful cake for the tea ceremony. Seen here is a similar recipe, but mine is a little different.

Cooking
Sifted flour pour the slide in the center to make a recess in it to break the egg. At the edges of the flour, put the chopped small pieces of chilled margarine. Knead the dough. Add sugar, all stir again thoroughly.
The dough cover with cling film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
To make the filling. Melt the butter, cool. Mix cottage cheese with sugar, eggs, milk and pine nuts. All mix well. Thawed raspberries.
Roll out the dough, put in a round heat-resistant form greased with fat, to make bumpers.
The filling spread on the dough and flatten. On top put the raspberries.
Preheat the oven to 180, bake pie for 45-50 minutes.
