Biscuits
Delicate chocolate cookies with nuts and top of the whipped protein.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Pudding

    1 pack

  • Hazelnuts

    1 handful

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.125 tsp

Softened butter to mix with sugar and add egg. Grind nuts not very finely.

Of butter, pour the sifted flour, a bag of pudding, nuts and baking powder. Knead the dough, the flour can take more or less. The dough should not be very steep, quite soft.
