Chocolate almond cake
Not empty I came, a cake was brought. To sweeter life was Fun it was flowing!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Almonds

    70 g

  • Starch

    50 g

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    120 g

  • Cream

    400 g

  • Cherry

    300 g

Cooking

For the sponge cake separate the whites from the yolks. Protein whisk in the foam. Set aside.

Whisk the egg yolks with the brown sugar.

Add the melted butter, milled and roasted almonds, starch, flour, soda and cocoa. Stir.

Beat in the beaten egg whites. The finished dough pour in the form greased with oil (form 20 cm). Bake at 180 C for 40-50 minutes.

Ready sponge let cool and cut into 2-3 cake. Cherries for the filling, defrost and juice impregnate cakes.

For the cream whisk the cream and icing sugar.

Cakes soaked in grease with the cream and spread the cream on the cherry. Leave the cake to remove in the cold to slightly frozen. Then decorate according to your taste.
