Spanish cookies
Crunchy nut cookies are very reminiscent of traditional shortbread its creamy texture. Offer flavored cookies with cinnamon and zest. Delicious, grustno and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Orange zest

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 pinch

Cooking

Soft butter to mix with sugar until smooth.

Add the orange zest and cinnamon.

Nuts fry and grind into crumbs.

Add to the dough nuts.

Gradually add flour and knead a soft dough.

The dough is ready.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm Cut the cookies. Put on a baking tray lined with parchment. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
