Natillas with dried apricots and almond-chocolate chip
Exquisite and delicate dessert of Spanish cuisine. Natillas can serve with dried apricots and a crumb of almond and milk chocolate, or use as a cream.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    275 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    5 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Corn flour

    10 g

  • Dried apricots

    3 piece

  • Almonds

    1 tsp

  • Chocolate milk

    8 g

Cooking

250 ml of milk to dissolve the sugar, place the lemon rind and sprinkle ground cinnamon, you can still add the vanilla pod. Bring to a boil.

In 25 ml of water dissolve corn flour and egg yolk until smooth.

Pour a trickle of a mixture of egg yolks and flour into the milk.

To interfere with a whisk and cook over low heat until thick state.

Hot dessert pour into ceramic dishes that will be served to the table dessert. Cool.

Dried apricots to steam in boiling water and finely chop. Grind the almonds and RUB on a fine grater chocolate. Mix the almonds and chocolate. Ready Natillas sprinkle with apricots and almond-chocolate chip. Dessert to the table, you can serve it with biscuits.
