Pumpkin cake
This divine cake is the incredible taste with a zesty Apple acidity and sweetness of condensed milk. Soft and gentle.

Ingredients

Prepare the ingredients. For the dough: eggs; wheat flour; leavening agent; vanilla; sweetened condensed milk; pumpkin puree; salt; refined vegetable oil. For the filling: apples; semolina; sugar; condensed milk; lemon peel. For the cream: cream 33%; powdered sugar; pumpkin puree. Crumbled walnuts. To decorate: apples; water; sugar; mint.

1. DOUGH: beat eggs with a mixer until whitening.

2. DOUGH: eggs pour in vegetable refined oil and condensed milk.

3. The DOUGH then add baking powder, vanilla, salt and flour. Stir until smooth.

4. The DOUGH: gently stir with a spoon of pumpkin puree.

5. The DOUGH: the shape to lay oiled paper. Put three tablespoons of dough, flatten and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Total should have 6 cakes. Allow to cool separately.

6. FILLING: apples clean, grate on a coarse grater, to extinguish in a pan with the condensed milk, lemon peel, semolina and sugar 5 minutes.

8. CREAM: cream 33% to knock down with powdered sugar, adding pumpkin puree. To coat the surface and sides of the cake. To fill walnuts.

9. DECORATION: wash the apples, dry, cut in half, remove the seeds, cut into thin slices.

10. DECORATION: water with sugar bring to a boil, dissolving sugar. In syrup, omit the Apple slices, cooking until soft. Drain in a colander.
