Cheese ice cream with balsamic currants
A wonderful dessert for the hot summer! Special spicy ice cream gives a touch of balsamic currant. Healthy and tasty sweetness, but all our babies in the heat!

Ingredients

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Brown sugar

    120 g

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese curd

    100 g

  • Black currants

    100 g

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Mint

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 pack

Cooking

Mix cream, milk, 30 g sugar and vanilla sugar. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat. The incandescent whip yolks with 70 g. sugar (about 2 minutes).

Still whisking, pour in milk mixture. Pour a lot back and, stirring constantly, boil the cream for about 5 minutes until thick. Cool.

Until the cream cools, make the balsamic currants. Mix in a saucepan with currants, 20 g of sugar and balsamic vinegar. Heat the mixture over moderate heat until the berries burst. Cool.

To prepare this dessert, I used cane sugar TM Mistral. It has a unique caramel flavor and aroma and is perfect for desserts.

In chilled cream add cream cheese, whisk. Then add the balsamic currants and gently stir.

To shift the mass into the ice cream maker or container and put in the freezer for 3-5 hours. Bon appetit!
