Chocolate pie

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Prepare the necessary products. Warm up the oven to 160 degrees. Smazhem form (preferably silicone) oil.

Melt the chocolate in the milk. Leave the bowl on the stove. Then separate the whites from the yolks. Whip whites into a thick foam and mix with the starch. In another bowl soft butter to mix with sugar and egg yolks and beat to a creamy mass.

Mix-mix of all three bowls (melted chocolate, whites with starch and the butter-egg mixture with the sugar) and put the dough in a greased form. Bake in the oven at 140 degrees for 40--50 minutes. The readiness check with a toothpick.
