Recipe from chef Peter Pakhomov. Delicious beef rolls wrapped in bacon. While cooking on TV said something about the Chair, and it dawned on me to call them that way - "Love in Russian".

Cooking
2 hours soak in water 2 wooden skewers. For this dish required 3 steak of beef the size of a palm.

Bake until "light juice" and a beautiful blush.
Serve crushed pistachios and green onions.
