Muffins chicken
Very juicy tender chicken muffins. At the expense of vegetables included in the dish is very light, but at the same time hearty. These cupcakes-zapekanki constantly prepares my aunt from Chelyabinsk for unexpected guests. I made some changes, adding in a recipe ginger, and soy sauce, and the dish came spicy notes. Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    400 g

  • Cabbage

  • Pepper

    80 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Corn

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Ginger

    1 slice

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Carrot, onion, sweet pepper cut into small cubes. Cabbage finely shinkuem. Green onions finely chop. Ginger and garlic grind on a grater.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add onion and carrot, fry for 5 minutes.

Add sweet pepper and cabbage. Fry for another 5 minutes. Turn off the fire. Vegetables cool.

In a bowl put the vegetables, corn, greens (I have green onions).

Pour in the egg and mix well.

Spread the stuffing.

Add the garlic, ginger and soy sauce, mix well.

If the stuffing turned out watery, add 1-2 tbsp semolina. Stir again, if necessary podsalvage. I have enough salt in soy sauce.
