And recently I read in the paper the recipe of the stuffed potato, which was prepared a little different approach, but came to the conclusion that the proposed there stuffing quite suitable for another mini-casseroles. Prepared and made no mistake. Came out insanely delicious. So sharing with You. Some of the steps with photos duplicated from previous recipes, so do not blame me for being lazy :)

Cooking
Well my potatoes.
Pour into a bowl of vegetable oil
In a mortar grind the salt with dried rosemary and thyme
Potatoes cut in half and blotted with paper towels
Pierce with a fork several times

Lay the potato slices down on the laid parchment baking sheet and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Fry in vegetable oil until Golden state.
Mozerella three on a coarse grater. You can take cheese, but mozzarella would be tastier.
Meanwhile, the potato is cooked.

Again all knead well. Stuffing try. Usually because the fish is salty, more salt is not required, but anything can happen, so if necessary, add salt to taste.
Fill with stuffing of potato halves.
Sprinkle grated Mozarella and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes.
Suggest when serving sprinkle with green onions.
