Mushrooms baked in sour cream
Offer to cook mushrooms like a king, a porcini pot bake in sour cream. Needless to add, the mushroom menu, I understand.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    700 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Melted butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Pepper white

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Cooking

Washed, enumerated slice the mushrooms.

Put in a saucepan, cover with water, cook for 15 minutes at slow boil. Season with salt to taste. The separated foam to remove.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings.

Sort 2, 5 tbsp. l. pour on mushrooms. Close the lid. Put in cold oven pots, to enable heating. Bake the mushrooms at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Open the pot, add 1 tbsp of grated cheese. Increase oven temperature to 200 degrees and bake the cheese hat to the beautiful blush 5 - 7 minutes.

In each portion put a piece of butter.
