Cooking
5 eggs - whites separated from the yolks. Prepare the batter: mix 1 egg, yolks, 1 tbsp. sugar, melted margarine, flour and soda until smooth dough. It is soft and should not stick to your hands (adjust flour)
Filling: whisk in cool foam 5 egg whites chilled. Mix cottage cheese and 1 tbsp. sugar until smooth, add the whites and stir.
In a greased form put half of the dough, spreading over the bottom and edges of hands
Pour the curd and place in a cold oven. At 190*C without OPENING the OVEN!, bake 45-50 min.
Remove from the oven, place the raspberries and top with thin strips of remnants of the test, make a pattern, put back in the oven until Golden pattern
Take out and allow to cool.
