It's our ingredients.
Strawberries cut into thin slices, sprinkle with sugar, depending on sweetness of berries/, put on very small fire and gently warm while stirring to dissolve the sugar, add the pectin, stir, heat for another 1-2 minutes and turn off the heat. Do not boil.
Cheese mash well, or whisk, add sugar to taste, lemon zest, vanilla and sour cream /or cream/. With 2 tablespoons of curds to form dumplings and put them on a plate. Close to place of strawberry sauce. Sprinkle the dessert with fresh Basil leaves and decorate with drops of cream of balsamic.
