Want a quick dessert for tea? Options are "lazy strudel" pita a lot! Today I have a filling, and instead of the pita-tortilla. Just out of the oven it is crisp, but, after lying covered will be soft and soaked-very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Raisins

    1 handful

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Jelly

    4 Tbsp

  • Pita

    8 piece

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
For the filling: peel the oranges skin, cut into small pieces. If the orange is large, maybe one is enough.
step-1
Pour dry concentrate of jelly in orange. I have cranberry. If not, take the starch and sugar.
step-2
Stir so that the jelly has absorbed the orange juice.
step-3
Washed, dried raisins. Add a handful or more in the filling.
step-4
And at the end add the nuts. Can seeds.
step-5
To lay on the table lapped 2 or 3 tortillas or layer of lavash.
step-6
Fluff stuffing, trying to impregnate the pellets with juice.
step-7
Twist into a tight roll.
step-8
My filling was enough for 3 rolls.
step-9
Form to lay a parchment, grease with vegetable oil Oleina. To move the roll and tuck tightly. The ends of the bend.
step-10
A brush dipped in oil Oleina and properly lubricate the top rolls.
step-11
Sprinkle with crumbs of nuts or seeds.
step-12
Put in a preheated 180* the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the form and allow to stand until cool.
step-13
Then cut into mini portions.
step-14
Pieces about 2 bites, eaten as roasted.
step-15
When you lie down roll the strudel, it becomes even tastier.
step-16
Lenten sweets are also very tasty! Enjoy your tea!
