Meat loaf-casserole
Hearty meat loaf for a change everyday menu! Adding a slice of this loaf-casseroles vegetable salad, get a hearty meal!

Ingredients

  • Vermicelli

    150 g

  • Minced meat

    350 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Garlic powder

    0.25 tsp

  • Thyme

    0.25 tsp

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

Cooking

Onion cut into small cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater. Fry everything together on a small amount of vegetable oil until slightly Golden brown.

Vermicelli put in a bowl and pour boiling water, cover and let stand for 3-4 minutes.

Drain vermicelli in a colander to drain excess liquid.

Finely chop the green onions.

In a bowl combine the ground meat (I got pork), vermicelli and fried onions with carrots.

Add eggs, green onions and spices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix well the minced meat until smooth.

Form grease with vegetable oil, lay a parchment, grease again.

Spread the stuffing in the form, a little tamping. Sent in a preheated 200 degree oven bake for 1 hour. Ready take out the casserole, allow to cool.
