Description
Sweet, juicy, aromatic pie from frozen berries. Recipes open berry pies very much, but my special recipe for sweet pastry. Who needs to unload a freezer for the new crop come in, you will not regret. However, I used purchased frozen berries.

Cooking
In half a Cup of warm milk, put a table. a spoonful of flour, a pinch of sugar and pour the packet of yeast. Stir and leave in a warm place until foaming.
Of packs of butter, four eggs, milk, yeast, salt and flour (flour is put on the eyes, the dough should be quite thick, but not steep) knead the dough. SUGAR NOT PUT. Cover the dough and leave it for 30-40 minutes to come. Then in approaching the dough put a incomplete Cup sugar, knead again until the dough has absorbed all the sugar, and immediately cut the pies. I have this test I got a pot pie and one outdoor. That is, the test turns out many (who have less, cut the ingredients 2 times)
Sprinkle a layer of dough with starch.
Berries sprinkle with sugar to taste (I have purchased cherries and a handful of my blueberries and strawberries, abandoned in the summer in the freezer).
Spread the berries evenly over the starch. We decorate our cake. And sprinkle it with crumbs of pounded flour with sugar butter. (That's what I got, on the design part I'm not special, sorry)
