Description
Apples in a kerchief was recently, so I made them into baskets. The principle is the same, the dough is different.

Cooking
Pick up 12 of approximately the same apples
Before you take on apples, make the dough from flour, softened (but not melted!) margarine, eggs, sugar + salt and the grated lemon rind. Put it on half an hour in the cold. Raisins pour boiling water for steaming.
Chilled divide the dough into 12 pieces
Each piece of roll, put an Apple and fill it with steamed raisins + 1/2 tsp of honey
Crimp the dough around the Apple and put in the form
Send in a heated to 200*C oven for 20-25 minutes.
As browned, turning off the oven, remove the form and put it on a wet towel. I made the mistake of leaving cakes in the shape until cool. Apple syrup is frozen, and during the recess it was hard not to break the edges. Sometimes...
This is a separate Apple basket. From Apple skin, and serdtsevidok + a few pieces of clove and sugar - makes a great Apple compote. For acidity you can add some berries or citric acid.
