Ice cream with kiwi and banana
Tender and flavorful ice cream will delight all fans of cold treats. This dessert is the perfect end to a festive table, be it February 23 or March 8.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Kiwi

    4 piece

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

Cooking

Cream and milk heat almost to boiling.

The yolks combine with the icing sugar and sugar, beat in the cream. Gradually pour in the yolks with hot cream, whisking.

Cooking the resulting paste on low heat for 3-4 minutes until thick.

Kiwi and banana to blend. (If you don't want to come across the little kiwi seeds, then RUB through a sieve).

Add fruit puree to the hot cream. Stir and put in freezer for 1 hour.

In an hour to whisk a mass of about 5 minutes. Then remove in the freezer for 3 hours.
