Baked new potatoes with Suluguni cheese
Very hearty, flavorful dish of young potatoes! With aromatic garlic butter, herbs and cheese!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Greens

    6 sprig

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Suluguni cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Potatoes thoroughly wash the brush. Cook in salted water until tender. Drain the water. Put potatoes in a baking dish.

Each potato to flatten slightly with a fork. To prisolit if needed, sprinkle with black pepper.

Melt the butter, add the chopped garlic, a couple of times to mix and immediately remove from heat.

Potatoes sprinkle with chopped herbs and green onions.

From top to pour in garlic butter, trying to get every potato.

On top lay the sliced plates of cheese Suluguni. Send in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake until the cheese melts and become Golden brown. Potatoes are ready remove from the oven and serve.
