Potato zrazy in Hong Kong

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Shallots

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    4 piece

  • Corn starch

    2 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Dessert wine

    1 tsp

  • Peanut oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    2 tsp

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chili

Potatoes clean and put on to cook. Take the pork mince, put in a bowl. Add soy sauce "Kikkoman", Shaoxing wine or sherry, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp of corn starch and water.

Mix the ground beef, add sesame oil, then stir again, cover the receptacle with plastic wrap (or a lid) and put in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes.
