Wash the meat, cut into pieces about 2-3 cm thick. Fold in a Cup, add seasoning, add salt and mix well. Put the egg and mix well.

Semolina and flour mix. Roll the pieces in this batter. Heat the oil and fry the meat on each side for about 3 min. It should stop bleeding in the piercing with a knife. Immediately remove and allow to stand for 2-3 min.
