Apple pie with cream
A traditional Apple pie. Added a bit of fantasy and here is the result. PS Sorry for the fuzzy pictures, dropped the camera. Something with flash.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    280 g

  • Milk

    250 g

  • Vanilla

    2 tsp

  • Corn flour

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

Prepare the ingredients.

Mix all the flour. Beat butter with a mixer, continuing to whisk, add sugar, beat in the eggs one by one. Slowly pour wheat flour mixed with corn flour. The dough is ready.

Cream: in a saucepan pour the milk, add sugar, corn flour. On a slow fire stirring constantly with a whisk, until the mixture thickens, do not extinguish. Remove from heat, add vanilla and butter. Cream to cover and leave to cool.

A baking pan (24cm) grease with butter and lay a parchment.

In the form put half of the dough, flatten with a spoon.

Cream on top (but not over the edge) and remaining dough.

The cream put the remaining dough. Apples are cleaned, cut into slices and spread on the dough. The apples lightly press with your hand. Sprinkle with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Put in preheated oven (170-180) on the bottom shelf. Bake until cooked, test with a toothpick.
