Pie with tuna
Mouth-watering pie, the filling can be any. Recipe borrowed from the author KISSKA (Gazcue), for which many thanks to her.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

Slice the onion half rings, fry in 2-3 tbsp oil. Then I added the oil from the tuna. To boil eggs. Finely chop the greens.

Make the dough watery, like a thick cream.

Mix the tuna with the remaining ingredients, salt and pepper to taste.

Form grease with oil, put half of the dough, on top of all the stuffing

and the dough. Bake at t=180 C for 35-40 min.
