Cooking
For dessert: cut the nectarines in half and remove the bone. In a small saucepan boil water for nectarines.
For the syrup: put in a saucepan brown sugar TM Mistral, peeled and chopped ginger, whole chili, cinnamon stick.
Add 80 grams of water and heated on low heat, stirring, until the sugar is dissolved. Once the sugar has dissolved, add the fire, bring the syrup to a boil. With half a cut lemon peel and add to syrup. Under a boiling syrup diminish the fire and proverjaem when barely-noticeable heat until nectarines are.
Drop the nectarines into the boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Next, recline on a sieve, remove the skins. Each half nectarine cut into 6 slices.
Prepared nectarines drop it into boiling syrup, bring all to a boil, then diminish heat to low and boil 5 minutes, what would the nectarines are soft, but not fall apart into a mess. Turn off the heat in nectarines from half a lemon squeeze the juice. Dessert is ready!
